Kate Pierce, Fortified Health Security’s Senior Virtual Information Security Officer & Executive Director of Subsidy was part of a team of witnesses from the health care industry who testified on cybersecurity risks before the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee. They talked about ways cyber attacks on health care systems impacted patients, providers, and profits, and about intergovernmental and private sector efforts to boost cybersecurity for health care systems.
